Five pet hates.

My bed did not eat me alive thankfully. However, to get me back into a blogging routine, until the end of July I am going to do a "five things" post each Tuesday. Basically it will be any 5 things about me, what I like, dislike, top places I'd like to visit, absolutely anything. So if there's something about me you would like to know then I will happily do a post on it if you let me know, because I have no idea what other titles I am going to do! (I am actually praying you will help me out, pleeeeeease guys!)

Anywaaaay. These are the top 5 things that people do that make my blood boil (in random order)...

1. People who make a noise when they eat and eat with their mouth open. I will most certainly not name names, but one of my friends makes the most disgusting noises when she eats crisps, and you can probably hear these noises because her mouth is open so wide when she's eating them. Ew it makes me cringe thinking about it.

2.  This is a hypocritical one kind of! But people who bite their nails in public. I know I bite mine (which I am trying to stop but it's just not happening) but I do not do this in public! It's gross watching someone chew on their fingers.

3. When people have no manners at all. This really gets to me lately because recently I went out of my way and spent a bit of money to go and get a girl a birthday present, and she hasn't even said thank you, which has really pissed me off, that is just plain rude (God I hope no one I know finds this blog, it's getting quite bitchy). The list goes on and on for manners really, people who don't hold doors open for others, and when I was at college, kids who wouldn't let old people or people with prams/young kids get on the bus first and just barged past them, and then old people & people with prams/kids who don't say thank you when you let them on first! I know you should let them on first anyway, but even just a smile off them would be great. GRR.

4. Creepy men being creepy. I don't like men to be completely honest, I don't feel comfortable around them in the slightest. I don't mind boys my age, but grown men I just do not like being around. I find quite a few of them in my town are a little bit weird and rude. First off, there is this man in a big puffa kind of jacket, who is short and fat and bald. One day after seeing Matt, I got back quite late and it was dark and there wasn't many buses at that time. So I was sat at the bus stop (bear in mind this is a big bustop, there are two very long yellow benches and I was the only one there) and this man waddles along, and sits RIGHT next to me. Then he starts asking me if I'm getting the bus. No, I'm waiting for a horse to come and pick me up. Of course I'm getting the bloody bus, why else would I be sat there? Pillock. Then he was asking which bus I was getting, where I was getting off, why aren't my parents picking me up, then the big whopping question, "oh the bus is taking ages, we could share a taxi if it doesn't come in the next few minutes?". See why I don't like men? Creepy. They do other things as well I hate, beeping horns, looking down my friend's tops who have big boobs, striking up weird conversations on the bus. Ew, I really dislike many men.

5. People who waste things! I'm talking anything here. It pisses me off when my mum and brother leave on the TV, radio, lights, taps dripping when they do not need to be on! I despise food wasters. I admit I don't always finish my food, but people who buy loads to eat at a meal then leave half the plate full really annoy me. Oh and when my brother waste the water in the toilet for no reason! That sounds gross, but it's not. Like he'll use tissue for something, then throw it in the toilet and flush it. Why!? Either put it in the bin, or put it in the toilet and leave it. Such a waste to use 1.5 gallons of water (yes I totally just looked that up - there's your fact of the day if you didn't already know) to flush a piece of tissue when there was nothing else in the toilet.

What are your pet peeves?
(Believe me, I have many more!)

I shall be back on here later to read through blogs, I didn't read many the other day when I was on here, oops. But for now I am going to eat some sausage rolls and cause hell on the roads on my driving lesson!

  3. I totally agree with you about people who can't make the time to say thank you. Or they say they'll do things and they never do. I'm one of those people that will hold doors open, says please and thank you and wait in queues. I think maybe i'm too nice because it never seems to get me anywhere and probably people take advantage of it!

Also people who promise to do things and don't and those who leave things in the way of other people [in our apartment block there's a women who leaves her pushchair right in the way of the basement and outside door so I have to move it everytime I want to get out] really annoy me!

  4. Ah, you're always so interesting and I love getting to know you more and more! I have SOOOO.... many pet peeves. I might even write my own list on my blog. Maybe not though, people would probably think I'm the biggest cunt ever. I think my biggest one is like yours, people who are just rude and don't have manners. It isn't fucking hard to be polite. I hate when I checkout at a store and the clerk doesn't greet me or even tell me my freaking total. I remeber one time I was walking in to a restaurant and a lady was coming out holding food so of course I held the door open for her. She didn't even look at me, so before she could step out I walking in and bumped into her on purpose without looking twice. I was so angry that I was being kind to a complete stranger and she wouldn't even thank me. That would really piss me off about the present though. I think I'd just take it back if I were you. ;)
